XP Command Console

Can anyone direct me to a tutorial and/or any other step-
by-step info on using the command console.Mine opens with
an AutoRun value and from there I can't get
anywhere.Thanks,

No! I'm referring to the command console (screen) similar
to DOS, for XP. This works very similar to DOS, but it is
different. Apparently no one is using it.
