I am using Microsoft Windows XP and cannot see the 3.5"
floppy drive in "My Computer." I went to your support
website and looked at the following:

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 812489

It states:

1. Locate, and then click the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\
{4D36E980-E325 11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

2. This works fine. However, "In the right pane,
click Upperfilters, and then press DELETE." there is
no "Upperfilters" file in the right pane. Also there is
no "Lowerfilters" in the right pane.

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 817196

It states:

1. "To remove the FlashPathMonitor from the Startup
folder, follow these steps:"

"Click Start, point to All Programs, point to Startup,
and then right-click FlashPath Monitor." There is no
FlashPath Monitor file

2. The directions go on further to state "Locate,
and then click the following key:"

"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Flpy
disk"

This is okay. However when I go to "In the right pane,
click Imagepath" there is no Image path to modify.

Unfortunately, I tried the above fixes and still cannot
find the floppy drive in "My Computer".

I have two hard drives, CD-ROM, CD-writer, and floppy
disk drive,

Has anyone else come across the same problem and know how
to fix the problem?

Aloha Bambam,

Mahalo (thanks) for the advice. It did the trick!
Support like this is invaluable.
