XP Boots up & automatically opens a belkin Folder

When I start up my computer, a "Belkin" folder automatically opens for no
apparent reason & has to be closed manually. The folder is not located in
startup.
Is there a way to block the folder opening? Is there some kind of event log
that will show the reason it opens? I suspect a corrupt software installation
(belkin pc wireless network card software) to be the cause. Belkin support
have not been helpful in the past.

Download Startup Tracker application from this page:
http://www.dougknox.com/xp/utils/xp_starttrack.htm

Launch the program, and click the "View log" button. Post the contents of
the log file here.

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
Start RF Wireless Mouse C:\Program Files\Belkin F8E825-USB
MiniWireless Optical Mouse\cm20.exe
- - -

Open Regedit.exe and navigate to the above registry key and fix the Value
data for the "Start RF Wireless Mouse" entry. You need to enclose the
existing data within double quotes.

Use the following articles as examples:

http://windowsxp.mvps.org/stfolder.htm
http://windowsxp.mvps.org/dellfolder.htm

Backup your registry first.
