XP boots then shuts itself down after 2 minutes and restarts

I ran the new MS Spyware program today. After it found 10 spyware programs,
it told me to get rid of them and reboot. When I rebooted, it doesn't give
me a start menu or taskbar, runs for a minute then flashes some error
messages. It tells me there is a "secure plug in" error and another pop up
screen says Windows is being shutdown by the "NT Authority\System" because
the "RPC" terminated itself. Then it restarts after a 60 second warning.
Please tell me I don't have to wipe out my hard drive.

Your firewall is disabled after the antispy scan (it's a bug in the antispy beta), and that infected you with the Blaster virus.

to stop the restarting, go to start run, and type shutdown /a

Blaster Worm: Critical Security Patch: Go to: http://microsoft.com/security/incident/blast.asp Follow the instructions (or use the
script at http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm (see Line 257) to clean it and variants )http://

then:
After you run Microsoft Windows AntiSpyware (Beta), you have network-related problems, or you receive an error message:
