XP Boot screen

I was doing a restore in winodws XP when then system lost power. Now when I
boot up I receive a Blue screen that tells me I need to run chkdsk. But when
I do and reboot the system, I get the same message. Tried to booting in safe
mode but I get the same messge there too. Tries to run repair but that sent
me to a dos window.
HELP ?
