XP boot loads Windows Explorer

When I boot XP Home it loads Windows Explorer folder
C:\windows\system32\. Annyoing but not fatal. How do I
keep it from doing that?

Check that there isn't a shortcut to it in the Start Menu\Programs\Start Up

Thanks Rich. Tried that but there are no short cuts in
either the "all users" profile or any other profile under
Documents\settings. I also checked autoexec.bat and
config. No luck there either. ran mscfg and can't seem
to find anything there that may be loading it. Any other
suggestions? ~Lee
