XP backup utility

Thanks to advice here I installed the utility from XP CD.
I tried to use and found it does not want to see anything
but my floppy disc A: as a destination. I want to backup
to my USB 2.0 external drive. Is there another menu I need
to use to set that up ?

If you skip the backup wizard and select the Backup tab, you should be
able to click on the Browse... button at the lower left to select the
USB drive.
 
Thanks for the response, but where do I find the "Backup
Tab". Sorry if it's obvious, I'm writing this from work
and the computer in question is at home.
