Windows XP Backup Utility

I recently lost all of the information from my Hard Drive - and now I am
backing everything up to an external hard drive. When I use the XP Backup
Utility, choosing to backup all information on this computer - XP garthers
all of the data and makes a copy on my external - which is good, but when it
is finished, it tells me to install a floppy disc as part of the recovery -
here's the problem - I don't have a floppy drive. What can I do?

Floppy drives still have uses.
Personally I have never used the Backup utility, but either a third party
backup app for data/settings or an Imaging app, eg Ghost, True Image, to
create a recoverable image of the whole PC.

Even if you had a floppy drive. The floppy disk would not be able
to find the external drive. You will need a quality back up utility.
I happen to use Drive Image 7, however there are many more.
