XP and Office 2k

Anyone using the Dell NB who experience machine hang-up
problem, please help.

In my NB (P4, 256MB), I installed XP Prof and Office 2K,
when I using the office, always feel slow response even
machine hang-up. Patch file for office 2K have been
installed, problem still encounter. Anybody help!!!!

I run Office XP and Windows XP Porfessioanl, no problems. The only thing i
can suggest is trying to get Dell to give you the Office CD Media so you can
uninstall and reinstall the software.
