XP Home SP2 fully updated.
I have a BlueTooth USB dongle attached which is recognised by the supplied
software, and XP.
The supplied software will allow a Bluetooth connection to my mobile.

XP should recognise my phone without using the IVT BlueSoleil software, but
doesn't.

In consequence I cannot use the Microsoft SMS software.

Can anyone siggest how to fix this problem?

See "How to troubleshoot Bluetooth detection and connectivity problems
in Windows XP Service Pack 2"

Thanks Thorsten.
Read through that article, but no go I'm afraid.

Then I would contact the support for the phone or the data transfer
software for more help.
