XP and 98 on 2 separate drives

I have a new PC running XP Pro. I want to install my hard
drive from my old 98 PC on the new one so that I may run
legacy programs. I want to be able to boot from either
hard drive, running either XP or 98. Is this possible,
and if so, how.
 
Actually XP should run most, if not all, of the programs you were using with
Windows 98.
