I have been been cleansing a machine infected with
numerous viruses. At this point eveyting is clean and
ready to go with 2 exceptins. First, when I attempt to
run the administrative tools, I receive a dialog box that
tells me that I do not have permission or the drive path
cannot be found. I am running with admin rights, so I
assume this is a drive path issue.
Second, when attempting to perform a windows update for
SP1 the update fails because some process is running
ftp.exe. I cannot locate which process is runnint ftp.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
