How do I go about getting XP to read Win98 files. I have
2 disk I need to open.
 
What type of files are talking about?System files or Program Files? XP
should read FAT32, which is the file system for Windows 98.

You have disks that were written by a Win98 system? XP should have no
trouble reading these, whether they are floppies, CDs, or even a hard
disk that you're transplanting. The next question is do you have any
program on your XP system that can read these files? If they are Excel
spreadsheets, is Excel installed on the XP machine?

Please tell us exactly what's going wrong when you try to read your
files. Give the exact text of any error messages you're seeing.
