During set up of Xp 64 bit, I need to load drivers for
SATA and RAID, error message states file is corrupt. I
copied the files from the motherboard CD and made a new
floopy. Still same message. Any suggestions?

Hello,
That is the error message that you get when you attempt to install 32 bits
drivers rather than 64 drivers.
For Windows XP 64-bit you have to use 64-bit drivers
Thanks,
