XP 64 conexant modems driver problem

I removed a conexant v.92 modem from a machine running XP pro - working well
with drivers dated Nov 2002. It is recognized by both systems as a
softv92 SmartSpeakerPhone Modems , but XP 64bit beta halts mid install with
the message that the drivers don't match the platform.
Are there modems whose drivers are acceptable to XP64bit ? If so which
modems & drivers are acceptable?

Have you tried this place? I am not sure about the XP64bit stuff.

Got exactly the same problem, as yet not been able to get drivers for xp64
