XP 64-bit

HI IM TRYING TO FIND OUT IF THERE IS A WAY THAT I COULD
INSTALL XP 64-BIT ONTO MY SATA HD. MY STATS ARE AS IS.

MOBO: {MSI} VIA K8T800 NEO 64-BIT
PROSSESOR: {AMD} 3200+
HD1: {MAXTOR} 120GB SATA W/8MB CACHE
HD2: {MAXTOR} 2GB ULTRA133
HD3: N/A
CD: {TDK} DVD CD-R/WR 48X INTERNAL
CD: {LIEON} DVD-ROM 16X INTERNAL
VIDIO: PNY VERTO NVIDIA GeFORCE FX ULTRA 5600AGP
MEMORY: {CENTON} 512MB PC3500 {DDR434}

I INSTALLED XP 64-BIT ON THE 2GB HD BUT IT WOT BOOT AFTER
THE FIRST RESTART. SO ALL IN ALL I HAVE NO LUCK. OH, WHEN
INSTALLING THE XP 64-BIT OS ON THE SATA HD WHEN IT FIRST
STARTS UP AND TELLS YOU TO PRESS THE F6 KEY FOR THE XTRAS
DRIVER INSTALL FOR HIGH CAPACITY DRIVES. WELL, I INSERT MY
SATA DRIVER DISKET INT DRIVE A AND PRESS ENTER AND THEN IT
GIVES ME THE FOLLOWING: THE FILE \SATA\winxp\viasraid.sys
is corrupt. I KNOW THAT ITS NOT BECAUSE XP HOME INSTALLS
QUITE FINE AND RECOGNISES IT. SO A LITTLE HELP WOULD BE
COOL.IM ON AOL IM AND WINDOWS MESSANGER AOL IS jayatcurry1
AND WINDOWS MESSANGER IS jayatcurry. ILL BE THERE SO PLZ
HELP........... ME...!

Just as a matter of reference and etiquette, typing in all caps is
considered as yelling and rude.

Your device drivers also need to be 64-bit (AMD64) to run under Windows XP
64-bit for Extended Systems (AMD64).
You must get the AMD64 Windows XP drivers off your SATA drive manufacturer.
You cannot use 32-bit drivers with a 64-bit OS.
(This goes for all of the hardware in your system, not just the drives)
