XP & 2000 Server

My XP clients have recently started to fail when printing
to a WIN2K Server shared printer, and server browsing is
no longer available. I get a message saying that the
server is not configured for transactions. Everthing was
working fine just a week ago.

Try - On the server, restart the server service.

That worked but for how long ? The server has been

restarted numerous times...why didn't that ever fix it.
How can I prevent it from occurring again? Any thoughts?
