.xlsx format

Hi,
I am using windows Vista Sp1 Business edition + microsoft office 2007 Sp1.
I am unable to open excell sheet with the .xlsx format even the one I created.
I tried to repair the office & I reinstall the Sp1 but still the same problem!!!!

any help will be appreciated,

Does it give you an error when you try to open it?

If you are able to, it might just be easiest to uninstall office and reinstall it. But first save another .xlsx file and see if you can open it. If you can then the file itself might be corrupt, and you might want to test opening it on another computer.
