xlsx file to xls

Could you please help I have an xlsx 2007 Excel file that I need to access
with Excel 2003 I have downloaded the file converter from the MS website and
still can’t access this file.

I no longer have the trial version of Office 2007 installed on a PC so I
don’t have access to open it and then “save as†2003 xls file

If this file is from the beta, pre B2TR, then the file format changed, if
it's after that then the converter should work
