What is the name of the application that is generating the message?

Also check that you are connected to the correct wireless network if you are
using wireless internet access.

Turn off your TV and you will no longer get a message about purchasing an
XBOX.

On the computer in the taskbar. It says that a new xbox has been detected.
Please double-click here to connect it to the computer. When you clicked the
button it take you to MCE but there nothing about xbox there and I dont own
one.

That generally happens with the extender. See if you are able to do this:

"When you click the message (don't just click the X to hide it), it should
open up a box to set up the xbox; in here there is a check box that lets you
check not to display notifications for that device again, just check it then
close the box."
