X-Rated Toolbar

Some how I have got a adult X-Rated toolbar. It all so
comes up on my links pulldown window. I can delete the
links but I can not delete the Adult toolbar. Some how it
keeps come back on my computer. I have update Norton to
2004 Internet. What next?

It sounds like that it might be some spyware on your
computer, your best bet is to download a spyware remover
you can find some on the net for free.

Try either/both of the following programs to check for any spyware that might be on your system:

Ad-Aware - www.lavasoftusa.com
Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/

Danny,
Follow Will's advice below, be sure and click on the
"UPDATE" button when you install the program.
I would install and run both SpyBot and Ad-Aware.
