WWW Service

I am trying to install MS Project server 2003 on my
windows 2000 server. however, it will not install as the
World Wide Web Publishing service will not start.

I have tried rebooting, manually starting the service etc.
but nothing seems to want to work.

Anyine got any ideas???

When you install the Internet Information Services usually you should install everything in that section. You did that and the WWW service still does not start?
