"wupdater.exe not responding"

Hello,

Everytime I shut down/restart my computer I get a
message "wupdater.exe is not responding" . Can anyone
tell me how to fix this issue.

Wupdater.exe is some kind of spyware. Get Ad-aware from
http://www.lavasoft.de/ and remove it.
