WUPDATER.EXE

Whenever I restart windows 2000 the program "wupdater.exe"
comes up saying "This program is not responding click end
now to end immediatly" Does anyone know
what "wupdater.exe" is?

You probably have or had a starband satellite connection. This runs at
startup to check for updated software.
