When I paid for my Win-XP nobody told me, Microsoft will
do nothing for the problems that Win-XP can allow to
unknown people cause in my computer.
Then Microsoft says, try with Giant AntiSpyware. I spent
more than one hour to download that in operant software.
And now, ¿do I have to pay for a new tool to solve the
problems that Microsoft brought to my PC life?
I need a real fix for the browser problem, I want to
extract the WTLbass32.dll of my PC right now, and you
Microsoft proud directors, are responsible of give it to
me.
I´ll be waiting for a direct response.

Absolutely. Uninstall all MS software, and ask for a refund. It obviously does not do what you want with your system, and you should
use something you find better.
