WSEADDRINUSE

Whenever I switch to a second user (only the first time) I get the message:
WSEADDRINUSE ListenOnPort( ),bind( )failed.
This is irritating!
What's happening - and how do i get rid of the message?

Are you using Agent? I am unable to find any informaltion on WSEADDRINUSE.
