WS_FTP Pro

I'm running WS_FTP Pro version 7.62.


When connecting to the remote system, I enter my password -
correctly spelled and in the right case - then get a "530
Login Failed for User" message.

Since I've tried to connect many times, I'm now getting
an "Intruder Detected" message. How can I "reset" my
access?

Why am I getting the "Login Failed" message?

This is a Microsoft Excel newsgroup. Maybe somewhere like alt.ftpsearch will be
a better option?
