Wrong user name displayed when logging onto a site.

When I attempt to log onto a site that requires a user name and password it displays the servername\myname. I have cleared forms and passwords. I have disabled forms and passwords and re-enabled them. I still have this showing up in the user name field. Any ideas?

The names are related to a cookie. Delete all cookies should get rid of the
username.

Could you have a cookie problem?
