Assuming your problem is not one of encoding, if there's a
button that says "English" on the page, click that. If there
isn't, you're basically out of luck. However you could try
pasting the link to the page in the appropriate window here http://babel.altavista.com, select English > German, and
then "Translate". The results are usually pretty awful but
sometimes you can get the gist of what's being said.
