Wrong Epson driver causes system to freeze

She gets disk check to come up but f8 only brings up a
frozen page of driver info, any thoughs?

Epson primarily make printers, so perhaps an uninstall and reinstall of the
printer would work.

Of course, if it's not an Epson printer but other hardware device you're
referring to, uninstall that instead.
