Hey is it possible to write text during a powerpoint presentation while the
dias show is running?
The text has to be shown under the presentation while i dont want to quit
the ongoing presentation. I was thinking that i would make a brainstorm with
inputs from other employes in my organization and show the inputs live in the
presentation.
Please help..

If you have PPT 2003 there is the Speaker notes dialog where you can type in
text during the presentation. You can get at it clicking on the button in
the pop-up toolbar at the left of the screen during slide show. Select
screen in the menu, then select speaker notes, which will give you a
dialogue where you can type in text.
Or:
View - Toolbars - Control Toolbox - click on Text box button. Drag with
your mouse the size box you want.
Click on the properties button, click on Multi Line and choose true.
Click on EnterKey behaviour, change to true.
Click on Scrollbars and change accordingly, if you want both horizontal and
vertical scrollbars choose 3.
Close the properties window.
Start your show click in the textbox and type or even paste your text in. If
the text exceeds the hight you have put in, scrollbars will appear.
