Wrighting to a CD

I have a vpr matrix with windows xp when I try co copy
pictures to a DISC CD-RW I get a message to insert a
blank cd. I have a blank one in the drive but it is like
my system doesn't see it. Is there something that isn't
setup or turned on I should look at

Has the disc been formatted for use by one of the "drag&drop" programs
like InCD? If so, then the cd is not actually blank. Try using your cd
writing program to erase the disc.

Also, this could go the other way as well... If you are trying to use a
drag&drop application to write the files to teh cd, then it has to be
formatted by the program first.
