Worse than pop-ups

Something has just started happening. I will type in an
address and my browser will take me to another site,
always a site selling something. It is not a pop up, it
is a full window with the address in the brower. All
searches that I am doing in Google only come up with
commercial sites and not the usual search. I have run
Spybot several times, removed the adware, and it just
comes right back. Any suggestions?

These days most of us are recommending HijackThis to identify and assist
in
the removal of these bad guys. Post your files to the forum mentioned
on
the first URL above.

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan.
