Worm and firewalls on XP

I got the patch removed the worm but i cant enable the
firewall on the dialup connection for some reason it does
turn on , on the other internet options but it will not
turn on , dial up. I click where it says to and it does
nothing.

In Control Panel \ Network if you have the firewall, you should see
the status of your ISP as "connected, firewalled" (or disconnected if
you're off line).

You turn it on by right-clicking the name of your ISP, properties,
advanced tab. Put a check in the box that says Internet Connection
Firewall. Click OK.

If this isn't working, then what is happening when you try?
