Workstation won't connect to Shared drives

I have a small office in a domain with server 2003 with about 12
workstations. One of those workstations is acting wierd. I can login fine,
get an Ip address can access the internet can ping the server however I can
not access the server's shared folders. If I use UNC \\servername the server
it comes up but no shared folders come up. Does not matter who I log in as
it just does not work, I've tried to log in as the network admin, as a
restricted user, power user, etc.... All of them give me the same results.
If I go to another workstation login as any of the users above i then have
access to the shared drives. So it's difinitely workstation specific. I'm
thinking it's the Nic card? Does anyone else have any ideas?

Hi
Check that the workstation service is running,
also check that you have defined Wins server in the properties.
(try to map a drive with full dns name - if it works, it's wins related)
