Windows server 2000. Workstation service doesn't start automatically even

if is set so. Error code 2138

After a reboot i had to do, i noticed that netlogon service didn't start. The first message i read was about active directory and its missfunction.
Then i restarted manually the netlogon service and everything came back to normal.
See below what was recordes in systemlog file after a reboot.
