Workstation doesn't appear in workgroup but "sees" it

Hope someone has an idea about this - I can't even figure
out how to search the Knowledge Base for it.

We are trying to install software to workgroup members
running Windows 2000 Pro from a Windows 2000 Server
system. One user does not appear in the My Network
Places / Microsoft Network / (workgroup name) list, even
though when I check her Full computer name and Workgroup
they are correct. But in Windows Explorer, her system can
see the workgroup and its members (except for herself)!

I checked her IP configuration - everything, including
default gateway and subnet mask, look normal.

What is going on here???? Since I can see the W2K Server
from her workstation - if I enter the Administrator ID
and password, I can even see shared folders - I guess I
could manually install the software. But why doesn't she
appear in the list of workgroup members??????? Any
thoughts will be GREATLY appreciated.

If you go to the properties of the Local Area Connection, does she have File
and Print Sharing installed and enabled? If not, install and enable it.
