Working on a laptop outside office with Access 2007

I'm with a small company, three computers, and I'm on the road alot and need
to work on my Access 2007 Data file while on the road and with customers.
The people in the office still need to work on the file also. Is it possible
to work on the laptop away from the office and syncronize it when I get back?

If you don't use the new ACCDB file format, and leave your database as an
MDB file, you can continue to use replication.
