Only about half of our office is currently running Word 2007 everyone
else is on 2003. I have installed the compatiblity pack for 2003 users
to be able to open docx files. However we are having formatting issues
when someone creates a file with 2007 and later a 2003 user opens it
for editing. Fonts are changing, margins are shifting, page breaks
move, etc. Is there a way around this?? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like the symptoms described in
http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/TextReflow.htm. That's related to a
difference in printer drivers. If possible, get the same driver installed on
all the computers. (That may not be possible if they're using different
versions of Windows.)
