Working Offline - Outlook 2003

I'm using Outlook 2003 to manage some MSN Hotmail accounts
through the HTTP interface. Many times I don't have
access to the internet and need to Work Offline, but that
restricts me since I can't delete messages and do some
other stuff unless I run Outlook 2003 Online.

Using Outlook Express is no problem. Outlook Express lets
me sync my email with Hotmail, then I work Offline,
reading and deleting messages. Afterwards, I just sync
again and Outlook Express updates with the Hotmail
server. Unfortunatly I can't work this way with Outlook
2003 becuase when I work Offline, I am restricted to not
being able to delete email when working with HTTP Hotmail
accounts.

Does anyone have a solution?

I very sorry for not being more specific in my post, so
please let me try again.

I have Hotmail HTTP accounts and an Exchange account setup
in Outlook 2003. I need to be able to Work Offline when I
don't have access to my Exchange account but would
simultaneously like to work Online with my Hotmail
accounts.

Outlook 2002 had this feature. When you start Outlook
2002, you select Work Offline. Then under the File menu,
there is a selection that allows you to connect to other
accounts (e.g. Hotmail) and work Online while you remain
Offline with your Exchange account.

I have not been able to find the same flexibility in
Outlook 2003, there is no "Connect to Hotmail" under the
File menu of Outlook 2003. Might anyone have a suggestion?

Thank you very much for your help.
