Workgroup users cannot connect to network printers

I've got a group of Engineers that all work in their own Workgroups and
cannot install the network printers on the network. They're all presented
with a login box when trying to access the print server.

Is there anyway to prevent the print server from requiring the login?

I've just migrated from NT4 Server to W2K3 A/D. The print server though is
W2K.

I'm stumped and help is greatfully appreciated.

Their own workgroups? Are they apart of the Win2003 domain? Sounds like they
are not apart of the domain or simply to not have sufficent access to the
resource.
