Use the desktop shortcut on your computer to open the database, logging in
as the user you created to be a member of the Admins Group.

Go to Tools, security, permissions and assign full permissions to all
objects to the Users Group.

Go to Tools, security, workgroup administrator and ensure that you are
joined by default to the standard system.mdw workgroup file that ships with
Access.

Close Access and then reopen it (but don't reopen using the desktop
shortcut - use Start, Programs...)

Create a new mdb and import all the objects from your secure mdb. This new
mdb will be unsecured.

Just thought of something else. If you rant the wizard, it would have
created a backup of your unsecure mdb. Look for a file with the same name,
but a bak extension - rename it to have a mdb extension and you should be
good to go.

It may be asking for a username/password because you are not joined to the
standard system.mdw workgroup file by default. Check this in Tools,
Security, Workgroup Administrator. You may have to search for system.mdw
beforehand, so you know the location of it.
