Workgroup Logon

I changed from being part of a domain to being part of a workgroup. I rebooted my computer and now my logon screen doesn't give me an option to pick a domain or my local machine to logon to

I type in my username and password and am being told it is incorrect, yet I am using the same name and password I had been using before to logon to our domain or local machine

Any ideas on why changing to being part of a workgroup caused this, and how I can still logon would be appreciated

Since the machine was removed from the domain the account from the domain
will no longer be valid on the machine. You would need to logon to the
machine with the local administrator account and its password.
