Wordpad - Problem at Startup

Hi

When I start WordPad, I receive an error. The error is "WordPad MFC Application has encountered a problem and needs to close." The error details are

AppName: wordpad.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.1106 ModName: hpzntp07.dl
ModVer: 2.140.0.0 Offset: 0002640

This occurs when I try to start WordPad by clicking the icon, or if I try to right-click a document and choose to open it in WordPad

Thank you. I removed a (networked) HP 3820 printer and that resolved the problem. I added it back, but the problem returned. I will check with HP to see if they have any updated drivers
