Wording in an entry field in Word that repeats in other field

Hi. How do I set up an entry field in a Word document where the wording in
the field will automatically repeat itself in another field. Example: If a
name is entered in a field at the top of a document, I would like the same
name to automatically be entered in another field at the bottom of the
document so it does not have to be entered twice.
