Help in deleting field codes made through fillin (fill-in)

I added few fillin fields (Insert>Field>Fillin) in my User Guide and by
mistake some fields have been entered twice. Now when I update the document,
all prompts that were added twice are popping up again.

For example, I entered 'Name' and 'Full Name' as fillin feilds, on
update(Select all + F9) WORD prompts for both. I want it to prompt for 'Name'
only and not 'Last Name'.

How can I delete the 'Last Name' field that was created by me through fillin
field.?

Press Alt+F9 to toggle on the display of the field codes in the document and
you will see

{ FILLIN "Last Name" \* MERGEFORMAT }

Select it and delete it.
