When opening and closing Word, a box tells us that the
macros are disabled. How do I get rid of this message?

Help from anyone would be greatlt appreciated. Thanks!

Gail,

By default, Word sets it's macro security to high to
prevent unknowing user's from being infected by viruses
that might be contained in a Word document. Some Word
documents contain macros, and if the macro security
settings are set to HIGH you will get this warning. If the
document originated from a trusted source, you can lower
your security settings to MEDIUM, or LOW.

Click...

Tools | Macro | Security: there you can change the setting
to Medium, which provides you a warning before executing.
Low, simply runs the macros without displaying the warning.
