how to set up a query to show only user based selections

I have created a table with data types yes/no. I am trying to create a query that ONLY shows when the user has selected yes. I am trying to create a report that only shows the options selected versus showing all of the options. The users select this from a form that has option buttons. Any help will be greatlt appreciated!
