I had to reinstall windows xp because I was told there
was a problem and I wanted broadband. As my computer
came with word already loaded since I have reinstalled I
cannot find it. I have a Packard Bell IM4508. Can anyone
help please

Hello

Well your pc came with a restore cd and when you re-installed
win it may have been on their but then again it may have not been
ok. Look at your restore cd's you should have a recovery cd, and
a restore or 1 that does both, What did you do when you re-install
Win and how did you go about doing it,
