Word tries to fix margins in landscape

Whenever I change a page from portrait to landscape, Word tells me the
margins are set outside the printable area. If I click fix, it changes the
right-hand margin to 9.32cm. If I check Print Preview, the text is seen to
have been cut off on the right-hand side. The text will also not print, but
there does not seem to be a problem with the printer or driver (it is up to
date, it is the default printer). Any suggestions? Many thanks in advance!
 
Perhaps the manufacturer of the printer driver has additional information?

Also, note that if upgrading the driver caused the issue, you may have to
"downgrade"...
